• Third-Party and Public Data: Information from third-party partners, social media, blockchain data, and other publicly available resources to enhance project assessments and eligibility accuracy.

• Prediction Market Participation: When using prediction features, we may collect market activity (e.g., staked positions, resolution participation, win/loss records), which may be linked to pseudonymous or verified identities, depending on feature settings.

• Evaluator Contributions: If you evaluate projects or contribute to scoring frameworks, your historical accuracy and evaluation metadata may be recorded and used to build public or private reputation scores.

• Wallet Metadata: When connecting a crypto wallet, we may collect and associate it with your profile for identity verification, rewards distribution, and tracking of on-chain interactions with the Service.

• Provide personalized funding recommendations tailored to your project's stage, industry focus, and technical details.

• Generate AI-optimized funding documents, including grant applications, DAO proposals, accelerator submissions, and pitch decks.

• Continually enhance and maintain the Supafund platform, AI tools, user interface, and security systems.

• Send targeted marketing communications, relevant account notifications, newsletters, and promotional information (with easy opt-out).

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and internal governance policies.

• Protect the platform from security threats, unauthorized access, fraud, and other unlawful behavior.

• Power on-chain and off-chain prediction markets that support transparent project forecasting and milestone tracking.

• Calculate evaluator accuracy scores and reward contributions through our internal reputation and incentive mechanisms.

• Aggregate anonymized data for analytics, research, and benchmarking of funding ecosystem efficiency.

3. Sharing of Your Information

We share your data only:

• With trusted service providers strictly for essential operations such as hosting, analytics, payments, and customer support.

• With selected funding providers when explicitly chosen by you through our platform.

• EEA/UK Residents: Your data may be transferred outside the EEA/UK subject to appropriate safeguards. Under GDPR, you can lodge complaints with a supervisory authority if your data rights are violated.

• Web3 Wallets and Pseudonymous IDs: If you connect a blockchain wallet, we may associate it with user-generated content or activity (e.g., predictions or evaluations), which may be pseudonymously linked to other data for analytics and reputation scoring.

Significant changes will be communicated clearly via email or prominently displayed notices on our platform. You will be notified if updates materially affect how prediction markets, evaluator data, or wallet-linked activity are processed.

10. Third‑Party AI Processing

We rely on external "foundational" AI providers (e.g., large‑language‑model APIs) to power certain features of the Service. When you ask Supafund to generate or analyze content, the relevant portions of your submission may be securely transmitted to these providers so they can return the requested output. These providers are contractually bound to (i) use your data only to provide the requested inference, (ii) not use it to retrain or improve their underlying models, and (iii) delete any transient copies promptly after processing. Supafund does not itself train proprietary AI models on your content.

All transfers follow the same security controls and international transfer safeguards described in Section 4 above. Use of AI for scoring, forecasting, or milestone prediction does not include your private submission content unless explicitly permitted.
